The clamping and releasing process is for fitting plates (02; 58) with frontal acute angled and rear right-angled hanging arms (06, 07; 61, 62), hanging slot and cylinder groove (03) to a rotary press cylinder (01). Several plates are fitted in turn to the circumference of the cylinders and the appropriate release angle settings are made for them in turn.
