PURPOSE: A meat roast plate and its production method are provided to reduce the smoke by absorbing oil, to improve the taste and the nutrition by radiating far-infrared rays and to prevent the breakage by improving the tensile strength. CONSTITUTION: A meat roast plate contains loess powder 75¯80 weight%, seaweeds 7¯9 weight%, starch powder 2¯4 weight%, Korean paper 2¯4 weight% and pine needles 7¯9 weight%. The seaweeds 7¯9 weight% and the pine needles 7¯9 weight% are mixed in 1000cc water and heated for 20 minutes. The starch powder 2¯4 weight% is mixed with a primary compound and heated for 10 minutes. The secondary compound is mixed with the loess powder 75¯80 weight% after crumbling with the Korean paper 2¯4 weight%. The third compound is formed in a roast plate at a thickness 1cm and a radius 28cm. The formed roast plate is dried for 10 days. Thereby, the smoke is reduced, the flavor and the nutrition are improved and the breakage is prevented.
