Plastic pavement edge or kerb (1) having a flat underside (2), a flat upper side (3), a flat front face (4) with a bevelled face (5) and a rear face (6) which extends towards the pavement. The rear face (6) has an extending prismatic reentrant section (8,9) which connects to the upper face (3) such that the lower face (2) extends a greater distance from the front face (4) than the upper face (3). The kerb (1) has upper (7) and lower (8) connecting faces which meet the respective upper (3) and lower (2) sides at right angles. The additional reentrant feature (9) connects to the upper (7) and lower (8) connecting faces at 90 and 0 degs., respectively.
