The multisensor is used in sensor microelectronics, control-measurement technologies, instrument building, robotics and geoequipment. It can measure three non-electric parameters - magnetic field, light and temperature, simultaneously and independently with microstructure. The multisensor includes two base contacts (5 and 6) of a differential magnetic transistor, connected to a low-ohmic trimmer (7) and two, collector load resistors with identical resistance (9 and 10). The intermediate trimmer point (7) is connected with the shared point of a current generator (8) and a voltage source (12). Between the two load resistors (9 and 10) and the voltage source (12), a current gauge (11) is switched. The outgoing light flux (16), directed perpendicularly to the magnetic transistor plane, is the current gauge (11). The outlet of the magnetic field is formed by the two collectors, while the temperature outlet is the emitter-base voltage.<IMAGE>
