发明名称 WEAR RESISTANT NONMAGNETIC ALLOY ON IRON BASIS
摘要 This alloy is suitable for manufacturing non-magnetic high- and sub zero-temperature withstanding parts for use in machine-building, capable of resisting wear in heavy-duty operation involving abrasion, hydro-abrasion and impact-abrasion wear, as well as resisting corrosion and intensive mechanical loads. The iron-based alloy contains, in mass percent: 0.6-3.8 carbon, 0.2-4 silicon, 6-30 manganese, 0.01-14 nickel or copper, 0.01-12 chromium, up to 0.15 sulphur, up to 0.15 phosphorus, 0.05-1 nitrogen and iron for the balance. It can be further alloyed with molybdenum, vanadium, tungsten, titanium, boron, niobium and aluminium, as such or in varying combinations, the total thereof reaching a maximum not exceeding 2.5 percent.
