METHOD FOR FABRICATING CROSS FAN OF AIR CONDITIONER

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a cross fan of an air conditioner is provided to reduce manufacturing cost of the cross fan and to improve workability of the cross fan by injection-molding a plate and bushing using resin. CONSTITUTION: A cross fan(100) includes a blade supporting member(110) for supporting a plurality of blades(113). The blade supporting member(110) is fabricated though an injection molding process. A plate(112) having a circular plate shape is integrally formed with a bushing(111). The busing(111) is fabricated through the injection molding process using resin. A motor shaft inserting hole is formed at the center of the busing(111). A frame positioned perpendicular to the blades(113), a disc and a rubber ring are integrally formed through the injection molding process. The blade plate is interposed between the plate(112) and the blades(113).
