PURPOSE: A method for implementing traffic synchronization in a channel card of an asynchronous base station system is provided to buffer frame synchronization of the channel card by using a single buffer, thereby efficiently controlling traffic frame synchronization. CONSTITUTION: A system requests traffic to be received from an ATM device driver(ST11), and checks the received traffic according to the request(ST12). If the received traffic exists, the system stores the received traffic in an allocated queue(ST16). The system performs synchronous calculation to confirm whether the received traffic arrives on a determined window(ST17), and decides a receiving time of the received traffic according to a result(ST18,ST20). If the traffic arrives on the determined window, the system transmits a traffic frame received in a modem(ST22). The system cancels the queue, and initializes a single buffer(ST23). The system processes a normal traffic frame(ST24).
