PURPOSE: A charge transfer composition, an organic photoconductor containing the composition, an electrophotographic image formation device containing the organic photoconductor and an electrophotographic image method using the organic photoconductor are provided, to improve the quality of image and to allow the high quality of image to be maintained even after repeated cycle. CONSTITUTION: The organic photoconductor comprises a charge transfer composition containing the compound represented by the formula 1; a charge generation compound; and a conductive supporter where the charge transfer composition and the charge generation compound are coated, wherein n is 1-1,000; R1, R2, R3 and R4 are independently H, a linear or branched alkyl group, a linear or branched unsaturated hydrocarbon group, an ether group, a cycloalkyl group or an aryl group; X is a divalent carbazole group or a divalent biscarbazole group; Y is a divalent sulfonyl diphenylene group; Z is C(R4)-X-C(R3)=O double-bonded to the adjacent nitrogen atom or two hydrogen atoms independently single-bonded to the adjacent nitrogen atom; and Q is O or N-N(R1)-Y-N(R2)-NH2.
