PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for feeding a packing bag by which processing cost in a volume reduction and packing work for waste can be decreased, as the packing bag manufactured as a individual bag is used as the packing bag made of a plastic sheet for sealing and packing a volume- reduced waste, but the packing bag manufactured once as a product is expensive and it occupies a large part of the processing cost in a waste processing work where cost reduction is required. SOLUTION: The apparatus (11) for feeding the packing bag constituting a volume reduction and packing apparatus for the waste comprises a packing bag manufacturing part (13) in which a rotating and driving machine (31) for rotating and driving a raw sheet roll (36), a raw sheet delivering machine (33), and a welding and cutting machine (34) are successively arranged.
