PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminating apparatus and a laminating method in which a film can be prevented from being heat-welded even when a carrying roller reaches a high temperature without specially changing the carrying roller used for a continuous laminating work. SOLUTION: A counter for measuring passage of time after the laminating work is finished is used, and before the counter measures a specified passage of time, the carrying roller is rotated just a little at least one time to the extent that a slip is generated between the carrying roller and the film.
