PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that much time and much mold manufacturing cost are required in the production of a conventional mold or a wooden form and fairing processing for bringing about accuracy becomes much, especially with respect to a product having a complicated three-dimensional curved surface, and enermous expense and a long period are required. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional shape supplied from an image apparatus or a three-dimensional CAD is converted to two-dimensional data and an actual shape is cut off from a roll. The cut-off actual shape is peeled off under vacuum and the remaining part is accumulated on the roll or a sheet to form a mold shape. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
