PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems as insufficient washing performances or useless spending of operation time and running costs under excessive washing and rinsing processes when the temperature of the washing or rinsing water supplied is low as the target temperature is fixed regardless of the temperature of the washing or rinsing water supplied in the conventional dish washers in which the washing or rinsing water supplied is heated to the optimum temperature in the washing or rinsing process. SOLUTION: A hot water supply selection switch is provided to enable users to select the temperature of the washing or rinsing water supplied to the dish washers optionally from more than one selection values to alter operations in either of the washing or rinsing process or both thereof depending on the temperature of the washing water.
