PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewing machine of which the productivity is excellent. SOLUTION: A member 36 to be attached has a vertical surface part 60 which is approximately perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, an upper surface part 62 which protrudes forward and extends from the upper end of the vertical surface part 60, two side surface parts which are approximately perpendicular to the vertical surface part 60 and protrude forward and extend from the side end of the vertical surface part 60, and a protruding pipe part 98 which protrudes backward. The member to be attached is fitted with all mechanism of a needle bar-driving mechanism, a thread take-up lever-driving mechanism 44 and a thread-winding mechanism, and the protruding pipe part 98 is fitted on an attaching pin 152 of a frame.
