A quick coupling mechanism (40) comprising an eccentric rotary part (401), a drive shaft (402) and a lever (403) has the rotary part located in a wall of the lateral tube and the shaft connected to the rotary part at one end and pivotally connected to the engagement device at the other end. Operating the lever causes the rotary body to rotate, which displaces the shaft and engages the toothed part of the block with the teeth on the vertical tube.
