REMOVING DEVICE BY LASER BEAM, HANDY TORCH, AND REMOVING METHOD BY LASER BEAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for removing oxides of a metallic facility by a laser beam without damaging the facility and with high working efficiency and operation efficiency of the device.

SOLUTION: The device is provided with a laser oscillator 21 to generate the laser beam, an optical fiber 30 whose one end side is connected to the laser oscillator 21 and which transmits the laser beam L, and a handy torch 100 to which the other end side of the optical fiber 30 is connected. The handy torch 100 is provided with cylindrical array lens 123, 152 for irradiating the laser beam by forming a sectional shape of the laser beam L into a rectangular shape and making the intensity distribution constant.
