PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify manufacturing processes such as a line constitution, a stock management or the like; and to reduce the cost concerning the manufacture by separately manufacturing constituent parts for the vehicular side-view mirror by integrating them into modules such as a visor module, and a base module, and then, easily building them up. SOLUTION: A mirror module has a mirror and a mirror holder which holds the mirror. The visor module is constituted in such a manner that a mirror angle-adjusting mechanism which adjusts the angle of the mirror module and a visor housing mechanism which houses the visor module in a manner to go along a car body are attached to the visor which covers the edge part of the mirror module independently from the base module in advance. Then, the mirror module and the base module are connected to the visor module to form the vehicular side-view mirror. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
