PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a heat exchanger for a vehicle for use in fixing the heat exchanger to side members of the vehicle such as a track and the like through brackets and to perform an easy and positive holding of the heat exchanger at predetermined positions of the brackets. SOLUTION: This fixing structure of a heat exchanger for vehicle for use in fixing the heat exchanger to side members of a vehicle frame through brackets is characterized in that a pair of brackets are fixed while being spaced apart in a longitudinal direction of the side members and at the same time in that recessed grooves are formed at the pair of brackets and some fixing members for use in fixing the heat exchanger to the brackets are held in the recessed grooves.
