Opposite sides of the sheet are provided with at least one tunnel-shaped lifting part (3, 5) extending in the sheet length direction. The lifting part extends at least 20 cm in the width direction. The sheet has a length which is less than that of the bed and a width which is greater than that of a standard single bed.
