<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle portable theftproof device being capable of easy after-mounting and preventing a malpractitioner from easily cancelling an alarm. <P>SOLUTION: The theftproof device comprises one or more portable theft detectors having alarming means and a portable terminal. Wireless communication is allowed between the theft detector and the portable terminal. When one of the theft detectors detects a theft, the alarming means of the theft detector is operated and the theft detector transmits theft information to the portable terminal.
