<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen concentrator in which the life of an adsorbent is prolonged by preventing the effect of moisture to the adsorbent. <P>SOLUTION: A large quantity of a granular adsorbent and a moisture absorbent are filled respectively in each adsorption column 17 to constitute an adsorbent layer 61 and a moisture absorbent layer 63. That is, the moisture absorbent layer 63 is arranged in the upstream side of each adsorption column 17 where air is supplied and the adsorbent layer 61 is arranged to be adjacent to the moisture absorbent layer 63 in the downstream side of the moisture absorbent layer 63. The moisture absorbent is fine porous granular body, absorbs moisture in the air by pressurizing and releases the absorbed moisture by lowering the pressure to be regenerated and is a silica gel based, an alumina based, an alumina and silica gel based or an activated carbon based moisture absorbent.
