PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a vessel having a buffer structure designed to elastically receive pressure transmitted from the outside thereof by expansion of a medium and a wall surface without flinching. SOLUTION: A protrusion 5 protruding inwardly is formed on the inner wall 3 of the wall surface of the vessel 2, thus the inner wall 3 is unevenly constituted. A fluid medium 11 is injected into the vessel 2, thus pressing force to be applied to the inner wall 3 and the protrusion 5 from the inside of the vessel to the outside thereof is formed, and the fluid medium 11 and the wall surface to receive the pressing force are constituted for receiving the force transmitted from the outside thereof with the fluid medium 11 and the wall surface to receive the pressing force. The structure is formed in a rotatable tyre 1, and even when water is present between the tyre 1 and a truck, an uncontrollable state due to hydroplaning phenomenon and slippage can be prevented.
