PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide frozen food such as frozen dessert including ice cream sandwiched between monaka wafers, making an eater enjoy the taste where the palate feeling and flavor in the food is not spoiled, driving the user's willingness to buy, and produced through an easy packaging process. SOLUTION: The frozen food comprises two or more different kinds of parts separable into an outer crust and a filler. At least the filler is frozen. The outer crust and the filler are individually packaged as a different thing from each other. The filler is constituted so as to be applicable to freezing, the outer crust is constituted so as to be stored/supplied at normal temperatures, and both of them are structured so as to be integrated at will.
