PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for storing a battery in a lower part space of a seat of a movable body, especially a car. SOLUTION: The movable body that is provided with the seat that bears a seating part is provided with a battery storing part that has a capacity of 5,000-50,000 cm<SP>3</SP>underneath the seating part, which is connected to a part of the seat and can be open and closed freely, and is provided with a device for detecting the state of the battery for detecting the state of the battery stored in the storing part and a battery controlling device for controlling the battery based on the state of the battery detected by the device for detecting the state of the battery.
