PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding machine for a long-size resin object which allows a shaft to be easily fitted even in a slender mold space and precisely molds a long-size resin object. SOLUTION: This molding machine is equipped with a retaining member 10 for inserting the shaft 1 into the slender space of the mold from its one end side. The retaining member 10 has a bottomed hole part 11 through which the one end 1a of the shaft 1 is inserted and also an anti-disengagement means 12 which is provided in the hole part 11 for preventing the shaft 1 from being disengaged from the hole part 11.
