PUSH-IN METHOD FOR WASTE PLASTIC FILM GROUND MATTER AND FEEDER THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store waste plastic film ground matter cut into short strip-like pieces in a hopper and to smoothly supplying the ground matter into the hopper cylinder of an extruder while stirring the same by the rotation of a screw. SOLUTION: A feeder X for the waste plastic film ground matter is equipped with a conical hopper 1 having a straight cylinder part 11 vertically provided with respect to the axial direction of the hopper cylinder 51 of an extruder 5, the screw 2 built in the hopper 1 to be provided in the straight cylinder part 11 and stirring means (3 and 4) integrally provided to the screw 2 coaxially. Herein, the lower end of the screw 2 is provided in the hopper cylinder 51 of the extruder 5 in an exposed state and the stirring means have stirring arms 3 and stirring blades 4. The stirring blades 4 having different lengths are provided in the radial direction of the stirring arms 3 and suspended, so as to respectively approach the inner wall surface 12 of which the diameter is gradually reduced of the conical hopper 1.
