PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for removing a taint which occurs on a surface of a fluororesin coating layer of a roller mold whose inside surface is coated with the same layer at a low cost and high efficiency. SOLUTION: The roller mold, whose inside surface coated with the fluororesin is tainted, is heated at 180°C or higher, but below the melting temperature of the fluororesin coating layer, for 10 minutes, thereafter cooled, and then the inside surface is flushed.
