PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the staining of a top turn part to reduce the cleaning number of times of the top turn part, in a prepreg manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing a prepreg widely utilized in the production of an IC board or an electric insulating structure and a structure for an airplane, a fishing rod, a golf shaft or the like. SOLUTION: The prepreg manufacturing apparatus is equipped with an impregnation device 2 for impregnating a strip-like substrate material A with a thermosetting resin B and a resin amount adjusting device 3 for adjusting the amount of the resin infiltrated in the strip-like substrate material A. A scraper 4 for removing the excess portion of the resin B infiltrated in the joint C of the strip-like substrate material A is provided between the impregnation device 2 and the resin amount adjusting device 3.
