PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire extinguishing head that can spray efficiently water or other fire extinguishers on the place which requires rectangular spray such as a slope way or a corridor of stairs and an escalator section or the like, and a fire extinguishing head that can spray efficiently water or other fire extinguishers on the place which requires L-shape or T-shape spray. SOLUTION: The fire extinguishing head is constructed of a nozzle for discharging a fire extinguisher and a deflector of inverted U-shape that extends frontward from the discharge port of the nozzle nearly in parallel with the axis of the discharge port. And a cut-out part for spraying the discharged fire extinguisher liquid toward lateral direction is provided on the side wall portion of the deflector. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
