PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health sandal good for the eyes and the ears, with which pressure points effective for the eyes at the base parts of the second and third toes and for the ears at the base parts of the forth and little toes of the foot sole are fully and securely stimulated, even if the foot sole relatively laterally slips with respect to an upper surface of a sandal insole. SOLUTION: In the health sandal provided with projections for pressing the foot sole on the upper surface of an insole, continuous projections for pressing the base parts of the toes are provided at parts corresponding to the base parts of the big toe to the little toe on the upper surface of the front end part of the insole; the projections are continuously composed so that adjacent substantially hemispheric projections are mutually overlapped in range smaller than the radius of each projection; in a continuous unleveled state higher than the upper surface of the insole, an arcuate state from the big toe to the little toe in plan view, and a state gradually getting smaller from the big toe to the little toe, and an internal and external belts with a hook and loop fastener, respectively, is made adjustable so that the projections correspond to the base parts of the big toe to the little toe.
