The device has a support, a first sawing member(3) and a feed table (4). The feed table is designed to support a log to be sawn, and is movable to and fro relative to the support in order to move the log past the sawing member. A second sawing member(7) is adjustable laterally across the path of the feed table, thus enabling adjustment of the cat width between the sawing member. A transporter (9) is positioned side by side with the feed table and its path so a log can simultaneously rest on the transporter and feed table. |
