PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop storage equipment on the sea, such as a storage tank necessary for storage and transport of NGP, a device to effect loading in the tank, and a discharging device. SOLUTION: Gas hydrate pellet storing equipment on the sea is formed such that a floating body structure 1 on the sea is constituted that a partition consisting of a double bulkhead, an independent tank 6 the outer surface of which is covered by a heat insulation material is situated in the partition, the independent tank 6 comprises a tank side wall 10; and upper wall where a plurality of upper unit walls 15 situated at a tank side wall 10 and the upper parts of the tank side wall 10 and formed in an inverted funnel-shape and having an input port 14 formed in a top part are combined together; and a bottom wall where a plurality of unit bottom walls 17 having a discharge port formed in a funnel-shape and in a lower end part are combined together, the unit bottom walls 17 of which the bottom wall consists are formed in a larger number than the number of the unit upper walls 15.
