PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entirely new gas hydrate pellet transport ship instead of an LNG ship. SOLUTION: The transport ship is provided with a plurality of tanks 4. After gas hydrate slurry S consisting of gas hydrate pellet P and slurry mother liquor D having specific gravity higher than that of the gas hydrate pellet P and being liquid at temperature lower than a normal temperatures is loaded, the slurry mother liquor is discharged from the tank 4.
