PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a covering structure of an elastic supporting sheet in which the elastic supporting sheet formed of a thermoplastic elastomer can easily and surely cover a frame of a seating part, a backrest part, or the like and that can easily replace it. SOLUTION: Groove holes 9, 9a, and 9b are formed on the rim part of the frame 2 and screw nuts 11 are respectively loaded in the inner bottom parts of the groove holes. Engaging parts 21, 21a, and 21b that are loosely fitted inside the groove holes are molded in an erected form on the elastic supporting sheet 3 and the outer ring of the elastic supporting sheet is folded to the opposite side of the groove holes of the frame and fixedly attached by bolts 30 that are screwed in the nut. A dovetail groove 46 is formed on both side rims of a frame 41, and a folding rim 50 is molded integratedly on both sides of the elastic supporting sheet, and a through-holes 52 is established on the folding rim. An anvil-shaped engaging part 56 formed on the fixedly attaching member 55 is inserted through the through-hole and the anvil-shaped engaging part is slid from an open end 47 of and fixedly attached to the dovetail groove.
