PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a child seat capable of securing the wide visibility on the side thereof, and improving comfort for a child seating thereon, and also capable of improving air permeability on the head portion side of the child seating thereon, thereby improving comfort. SOLUTION: A child seat 1 is constituted including a seat body 2 for a child seating thereon, a base 3 for supporting the seat body 2 so as to be reclined. The seat body 2 includes a seat part 12 which comes into contact with the hips of the child, a back rest part 10 which comes into contact with the back and the back surface of the head part of the child, and side wall parts 11 which are arranged to protrude forward from both right and left sides of the back rest part 10. At the upper part of the side wall parts 11, opening parts 20 are provided as transparent parts, and meshes 21 are provided so as to close the opening parts 20. Through the meshes 21, outside the side walls 11 can be seen. Air permeability on the head portion side of the child is excellent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
