A luggage retention unit for use in the loading area of a motor vehicle which has a tail gate, comprises a net whose free end can be attached to at least one carrier member at the rear of the loading area. One end of the net can be drawn into a longitudinal casing which is arranged laterally at the front of the loading area. A luggage retention unit (100) for use in the loading area of a motor vehicle which has a tail gate (110), comprises a net (104) whose free end (108) can be attached to at least one carrier member (112) at the rear of the loading area. One end of the net can be drawn into a longitudinal casing (106) which is arranged laterally at the front of the loading area. An elastic line is used to pull the net to the rear door. The net consists of polyester, polyamide, polypropylene or natural rubber. |
