<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recording sheet having textures (luster and handling) like a silver salt photograph and excellent in image keeping quality, especially in gas resistant keeping quality. <P>SOLUTION: A recording layer containing alumina and polyvinyl alcohol is laid by cast coating on a base paper. Then a thermoplastic resin layer of a linear low density polyethylene synthesized with a single sited catalyst and a thermoplastic resin layer of a polypropylene are laid in this order, on the opposite side from the recording layer of the base paper. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
