<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for producing a fish paste, which can improve productivity, and to provide a technique for producing a fish oil, which can improve the oxidation stability of the fish oil. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the fish paste comprises transporting raw material fishes F to a chopper 13 to process the raw material fishes into the minced meat, soaking the minced meat in water, transporting the slurry of the minced meat to a bone-removing machine 16, transporting the fish bone- removed slurry to a decanter 18 to separate the layer of the solid contents from the layer of the liquid, and then collecting the layer of the solid contents to obtain the fish paste. The method for producing the fish oil comprises transporting the aqueous solution component separated and discharged with a decanter to the first centrifugal separator to separate the layer of light liquid component from the layer of heavy solution component, transporting the light liquid component to the second centrifugal separator 33 (high speed centrifugal separator) to separate the layer of fats and oils from the layer of water, and then recovering the layer of the fats and the oils to obtain the fish oil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
