<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam machining device capable of seeing a condensed point in a fiber laser machining device and accurately positioning the condensed point of laser beam at the machining part. <P>SOLUTION: The laser beam machining device 10 has a fiber laser oscillator 11 and a first condensation optical system 24 for condensation of laser beam emitted from an active optical fiber 12 of the fiber laser oscillator 11, and a coat for totally reflecting the fiber laser light to the reflecting end face 14 opposite to the output end face 13 of the active optical fiber 12 and penetrating a visible laser light, and a visible light laser oscillator 32, and a second condensation optical system 34 which is arranged between the visible light laser oscillator 32 and a reflecting end face 14 for condensation of visible laser light emitted from the visible light laser oscillator 32 to the reflecting end face 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
