PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying device allowing reliable carriage of commodities poor in attitude stability. SOLUTION: A guide roller 4 having a rotatable front end 6 between a flat belt 3 for bearing the carriage of the commodities and an upper face supporting member 2 for supporting it is provided at a point on the carrying device, where weak force of suction from a void 14 exists, with the front end being held between the flat belt 3 and the upper face supporting member 2. Thus, the commodities 1 can be carried while being held between inclined portions 3a of the flat belt 3 and their attitude stability is secured even on the downstream side, where no force of suction exists.
