PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize and suppress the complicated construction of a component supply device for aligning and transferring components along a plurality of component transfer passages and supplying them to the next process. SOLUTION: The component supply device comprises component transfer means 18 on which the plurality of component transfer passages 40 are formed with component aligning means 4 set thereon, driving means 19 for driving the component transfer means 18 while granting vibration thereto, a linear vibration feeder 2 for aligning and transferring the components along the plurality of component transfer passages 40, component charging means 3 for charging the components into the linear vibration feeder 2, and component circulating means 4 for collecting the components, not aligned by the linear vibration feeder 2, and circulating them to the component charging means 3.
