PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bow seal replacing device enabling safe and reliable replacement of a bow seal without using a large truck crane. SOLUTION: The bow seal replacing device allows the replacement of the bow seal 3' provided on a bow 6 of an air-cushion ship 1. It comprises a truck 9 for laterally transferring the bow seal 3', a bow seal input/output guide 10 for inducing a guide roller 27 provided on a seal fixing frame 26, a stopper 11 for fixing the guide roller 27, an extraction winch 12 for extracting the bow seal, a drawing-up/down winch 13 for drawing up or down the bow seal, a pulling-up/in winch 14 for pulling up or in the bow seal, and a seal lashing device 15 for lashing the seal.
