<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a decorative sheet enhanced in adhesive characteristics and design effect using an aqueous coating solution capable of reducing a load to environment and having a long pot-life, and to provide the decorative sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The decorative sheet 1 is manufactured by laminating a base material 2, a color layer 11, an adhesive layer 5, and a transparent layer 6 in this order. The base material having the color layer 11 formed thereon is coated with an aqueous coating solution for the adhesive layer containing an aqueous compound having a carboxyl group as a main agent, and containing an aqueous compound having two or more epoxy groups in one molecule thereof as a crosslinking agent, and the coated base material is dried to form the adhesive layer 5 and a thermoplastic resin is extruded in a molten state to be applied to the adhesive layer to form the transparent resin layer 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
