<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wet wipers such as a wet tissue, a hand wiper, or a baby wipe of which the anti-bacterial/anti-fungus performance is excellent, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: Base papers for the wet wipers such as the wet tissue, the hand wiper, or the baby wipe are surface-treated with a formulation containing a 3-iodo-2-propynyl-N-butylcarbamate as an effective component.
