PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headlamp cleaner device with a cylinder portion smoothly expansible to a fixed piston, preventing the entry of rainwater into the cylinder portion without the need for a larger size. SOLUTION: In the headlamp cleaner device 10, an expansion nozzle 28 having a jet 74 at the end of the cylinder portion 30 is normally contracted with respect to the fixed piston 30 having a piston portion 20 slidable with the cylinder portion 30 by the energizing force of a compression coil spring 106 and elongated during operation by the liquid pressure of a wash in an expansion liquid chamber 108. A sliding area between the expansion nozzle 28 and the fixed piston 12 is, therefore, not exposed to the outside of a vehicle body, preventing the entry of the rainwater into the cylinder portion 30.
