PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle instrument panel, which facilitates the cabling of a wire harness in the instrument panel and is formed as a structure that prevents the occurrence of abnormal sound by an inexpensive means. SOLUTION: The instrument panel has a synthetic resin-made air conditioning duct 19 integrally formed with a connecting part 20 arranged in the center in the vehicle width direction, left and right ducts 34, 35 arranged in extension from the connecting part 20 along the vehicle width direction, and boxes 37, 38 embraced by the left and right ducts 34, 35, respectively. On the back of the air conditioning duct 19, I-shape fixing parts 93 and L-shape fixing parts 92 are formed to be projected to each other so as to hold a wire harness 87 almost straight.
