PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a red-ray therapeutic device equipped with a heater, which gives a feeling of warming to the surface of the skin at an effective spot or tenderness spot of a body, efficiently raises the internal temperature of the body and is safe and portable. SOLUTION: The red-ray therapeutic device is constructed by combining a heater for giving a feeling of warming to the surface of the skin of a body with a light-emitting diode within a red light region for raising the internal temperature of the body, can be held in close contact with an effective spot or tenderness spot of the body and uses an AC power source or battery as a power source.
