PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air massager with an air bag body which is expanded by pressurized air supplied from an external air source, and especially capable of forming to pressure from upper and lower sides of the air bag body into a flat shape without pressuring laterally by catching faces of a back and a palm of one's hand in air bag body parts of the back and palm sides of the hand which are forming an air bag part of a hand tip. SOLUTION: In the massager, air bag body at hand parts 3, 30 are formed of back side air bag body parts 3a, 30a for pressuring a back of a hand R and palm side air bag body parts 3b, 30b pressuring a palm of the hand R, each side edge of the body parts 3a, 30a and the body parts 3b, 30b are coupled mutually, and the bag body 3, 30 are expanded and deformed in flat shapes in section views when the pressurized air is supplied, so that the body parts 3a, 30a pressure the back of the hand R and the body parts 3b, 30b pressure the palm of the hand R, respectively.
