PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable paper diaper capable of preventing leakage by improving adhesiveness. SOLUTION: Elastic bodies 23, 24 for waist surroundings are set on a back side waist surrounding part 13 and on an abdomen side waist surrounding part 15. The waist surrounding parts 13, 15 are stretched by the elastic bodies 23, 24, so that adhesiveness to a waist surrounding is improved. A first elastic body 25 for leg surrounding and a second elastic body 26 for leg surrounding are set on the waist surrounding part 13 symmetrically in a width direction to a diaper body 1 and crossed in a central area of a crotch surrounding part 14. The adhesiveness can be easily improved because the crotch surrounding part 14 is adhered to a crotch. The diaper body 1 can be adhered to the waist surrounding and a leg surrounding because, a back side coupling part 21 is stretched by the elastic bodies 23, 24, and the first and second elastic bodies 25, 26. An absorbent body 4 is set in an almost central area of the crotch surrounding part 14. The absorbent body 4 of the crotch surrounding part 14 is pushed up at a crossing part of the first and second elastic bodies 25, 26, and the diaper body 1 is adhered to the crotch, so that the leakage of the diaper body 1 is prevented.
