PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implant with an improvement of engagement among modular components. SOLUTION: An implant 10 includes a main body member 20 inserted into a human's femoral neck part when the body member 20 is in use and a rod 40 inserted into an intramedullary tube of a femur when the rod 40 is in use. The body member 20 has a first engaging surface, the rod 40 has a second engaging surface, and the first and second engaging surfaces are mutually engaged with complimentarity. One of the first and second engaging surfaces can be a projection part and the other of the first and second engaging surfaces can be a depression part for engaging in the projection part. The implant 10 may further include a locking member 68, a stabilizing member and a guide means. A hemisphere head part 74 attached to inner end part of the body member 20 and inserted into the human's or an artificial acetabulum is provided when the head part 74 is in use.
