PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide tube for an endoscope which achieves safer operations of subcutaneous tissues such as muscles or tendons preventing the infiltration of humors or the like thereinto by providing a guide member for guiding surgical instruments such as blades outside it while being made up of a tubular member with one end thereof closed to let an endoscope be inserted thereinto. SOLUTION: In the guide tube for the endoscope which is made up of a tubular member with one end thereof closed to enable the endoscope to be inserted thereinto while a part or the whole of the tubular member is made transparent, the guide member for guiding surgical instruments such as blade is provided outside the guide tube to block the infiltration of the humors or the like in vivo into the guide tube thereby achieving safe operations.
